  Might have switched doctors and stayed within the practice but Michelle is very unprofessional and rude.
  
  The problem with quality doctors is their staff, no one is going to be treated rudely over a mistake your office staff makes just to see you.
  Sending someone proof that you corrected your error (when you state you've corrected it) shouldn't warrant in you slamming phones in their ear because you didn't like that the law was quoted and you cannot scam people once you tried before and they showed proof and then tried a 2nd time and
  Because you're fustrated that you have to correct your error, you lash out on patients?
  What is truly sad is the knowledge that you take advantage of those who are not as aware.
  Not only did you charge me for an appt I was never scheduled for but you put past due amount on it and couldn't explain either.
  Even after I explained that because it was done last time I decided to not be a patient after just finishing out my last appt, there should have never been the 2nd attempt of charging me As I was no longer a patient there due to the attitude I was given the first attempt...
  The first being that you were trying to charge me as a no show but the day I showed up was the rescheduled appt from the one I cancelled in advance, also the same day I told you I would be finding another doctor...Therefore no need for the 2nd charge you decided to Bill me for three months after supposed no show date.
  So when you say you erased the fee as courtesy ...How is that ?

  But As a courtesy I tried to call back in hopes that you could simply let me know if the statement of cleared balance that you stated you had taken care of would be mailed or emailed to me but you decided to hang up again.
  I don't understand the need to respond to a simple situation with a tantrum. People make mistakes, so you correct it, apologize if your with manners and move along.
  I don't need an apology just the statement mailed out. Thank you.
